However there are certain products such as toilet partitions, moveable walls, lockers etc., that can only be priced when certain information is known. We will be pleased to let you know what information is needed.

Payment can be made by check (in advance) or by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards.

Guarantee/Warranty

The products offered by TriState Supply have a one year manufacturer's guarantee against manufacturing defects, unless otherwise noted. Solid plastic toilet partitions have a 15 year warranty against breakage, corrosion and delamination (labor is not included) Mirrors have a 15 year warranty against silver spoilage.

Shipping

Unless otherwise stipulated, freight is included in our quoted price for shipment within the Continental United States.

If an item is shipped via Motor Freight, it is the customer's responsibility to have the item removed from the truck - if directed by the motor freight carrier.

No orders can be shipped to a post office box.

Any shipment must be checked for damage when you sign for it. It is strongly recommended that the bill of lading be signed "Subject to internal inspection". You then have 24 hours after receiving your order to open the packaging, inspect for any concealed damage and contact the freight carrier to report any damage.

Returns

All sales of custom products and all toilet partitions are final. Items which are normally carried in our inventory can only be returned within 30 days of receipt of material but only after a ""Return Authorization Number" is given to you by your salesperson. Any credit issued is subject to a 25% restocking fee and outbound shipping costs.
